Tuwaiq Technologies takes security seriously. Our platform is deployed in Critical National Infrastructure environments and is built to rigorous security standards.

If you discover a security vulnerability in our platform or website, we ask that you disclose it to us responsibly before making it public. This allows us to address the issue and protect our clients.

To report a security vulnerability, email us at info@tuwaiqtechnologies.com with the subject line Security Disclosure. Include a description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce it, and any potential impact you have identified.

We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days. We will not take legal action against researchers who report vulnerabilities in good faith and do not access, modify, or delete data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.

We do not currently operate a bug bounty programme. We appreciate responsible disclosure from the security community.
